Irish actor, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, has been arrested in Dublin airport.
The star of Mission Impossible 3, The Tudors, Alexander and Michael Collins was arrested in Dublin airport when he was found to be “unfit” to fly.
According to coverage on The Irish Examiner:
Meyers, 30, was arrested by gardaí and taken to a nearby garda station where he was charged with being drunk and in breach of the peace.
He was later released on cash bail and is due to appear before Dublin District Court next month.
“A man was arrested at Dublin Airport yesterday and taken to Whitehall garda station and is due to appear in court next month on public order charges,” said a garda spokeswoman.
He was charged under Section 4 and Section 6 of the Public Order Act.
