I love opening credits when they’re done well.
11:14 is a really good film and one that I’d happily recommend and its opening sequence is very slick and clever.
The film, which is directed by Greg Marcks features a cast including Patrick Swayze, Rachael Leigh Cook, Barbara Hershey and Hilary Swank

The opening credits to Catch Me If You Can are masterful.
Not only does the music and style set the period and tone of the film, but it also pulls you in.

The opening titles of Top Gun bring back a lot of memories.
The title sequence includes Kenny Loggins’ “Danger Zone” and is almost like a recruitment advert for the US armed forces.
The opening sequence of French film Les Chevaliers Du Ciel mixes live action segments with computer graphics. (And yes I know I’ve posted the video before!)
The result is, in my opinion, visually interesting.
The 1997 remake of The Jackal has a very cleverly edited opening title sequence.
